Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the total package price / selected optional programs). This amount covers the reservation costs of the hotels/programs.

In case of cancellation, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, 50% of the deposit can be used within 6 months in case of cancellation/ rescheduling. The holiday can be transferred to another person free of charge.

The remaining balance of your holiday/program costs can be settled in two ways:
-Bank transfer: the outstanding amount must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival in Bali.
-Cash payment: can be completed upon your arrival/at our first meeting

For both bank transfers and cash payments, a payment receipt will be sent to you via email. Should you require an invoice for business purposes, this can be arranged upon providing your company details.

For the booking to be completed, a copy of your flight ticket is also required.
